ICD-10-CM Updates for FY2018

For ICD-10-CM it’s the “Season of Change.” In 2017 we saw some significant changes to ICD-10 for the first time in several years with updates to the guidelines and it seems that change is coming to us again in 2018 with an update to the ICD-10-CM code set itself. With more than 360 new codes, 140 deletions, and 220 code revisions 2018 will be a year of change for ICD-10-CM.
